  • Objection Right: right of the interested party that their personal data is not processed or ceases to be processed, except for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims, in which case we will keep them blocked for the corresponding period while legal obligations persist.
  • Limitation Right: in certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case only they will be kept for the exercise and defense of claims.
  • Data Portability Right: interested parties can request to receive the data that concerns them and that they have provided to the Controller or that, whenever technically possible, we send it to another Treatment Controller of their choice in a structured format of common use and mechanical reading.
  • Right to Revoke the initially given consent and to Complain to the Control Authority.
